What we collect

Only what an order needs

Your name, mobile number and email

To confirm the order, send you the tracking link, and reach you if something changes.

Your delivery address and pincode

Given to the courier so the parcel arrives. Nothing more.

Your measurements

Only if you've ordered a piece that's stitched for you. We keep them so you don't have to type them again next time.

Anything you write to us

Notes on an order, and messages or photos you send when raising an issue. Kept with that order so the conversation makes sense later.

We don't ask for your date of birth, your gender, your PAN, or anything else a shop doesn't need to send you a saree.

What your browser stores

Two small things, both practical

Your bag

Kept in your own browser's storage, on your device. It never reaches us until you actually place an order.

A visitor id

A random code in a cookie so that when you come back, your address is already filled in and your past orders are there, without you making an account or remembering a password. It identifies a browser, not a person, and it holds no personal detail itself.

There are no tracking cookies and no advertising cookies on this site.No Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no third-party scripts watching what you look at. Even our fonts are served from our own site rather than fetched from someone else's.

Payment

We never hold your card

There's no card form on this site. You either pay by UPI, which happens inside your own banking app and comes straight to our account, or you pay cash when the parcel arrives. We see that a payment landed and the reference attached to it. We do not see, store or have any way to charge a card.

Who else sees it

Three parties, each for one reason

The courier

Your name, address and phone number, so they can deliver the parcel.

Our email provider

Your email address and the contents of the order confirmation we send you.

Cloudflare

Our website and database run on their infrastructure, so your order is stored there.

That's the whole list. We do not sell your details, rent them, or share them with anyone for marketing. Not to other shops, not to anyone.

How long we keep it

As long as the order might matter

Order records are kept so we can handle returns, answer questions years later, and meet our own accounting obligations. Your visitor cookie lasts a little over a year unless you clear it.

You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. We'll do it. The only thing we may need to keep is the bare record of a completed sale.
