What you're buying

One of a kind, and handmade

Almost every piece here exists once. When you buy it, it comes off the site.

Because the work is done by hand, small variations are part of it: bead placement, the exact fall of an embroidered motif, slight differences in a dyed colour. Screens also show colour differently; an aqua on your phone may sit a shade warmer in daylight. None of that counts as a fault. Anything genuinely wrong, whether that's damage, the wrong piece, or something materially different from the photographs, is covered by ourreturns policy.

Where a sold piece is marked as one we can recreate, that means the design, remade for you. It will be close, not identical, because it's made again by hand.

Ordering and payment

When an order is actually confirmed

Placing an order reserves the piece for you. For UPI, the order is confirmed once the payment reaches our account. Please add your order number as the payment note so we can match it. For cash on delivery, available up to ₹10,000, it's confirmed when we accept it.

If a UPI payment doesn't arrive within a reasonable time, we may release the piece again. We'll always try to reach you first.

Prices are in Indian rupees and include our making and materials. Delivery is added at checkout and shown before you pay. See shipping.

Very occasionally a price or a detail on the site may be wrong. If that happens we'll tell you before making or dispatching anything, and you can go ahead at the correct price or have a full refund. We won't quietly charge you more.

Made to measure

Your numbers, your responsibility

For a stitched piece we cut to the measurements you give us. Please take them carefully, or send them over and we'll talk them through with you first. We'd much rather spend ten minutes on that than remake a blouse.

If we cut wrongly against the numbers you gave, we fix it at our cost. If the numbers themselves were wrong, we can usually alter the piece for a fee, but it isn't a return. A made-to-measure piece can't be resold to anyone else, which is why this one rule is firm.

Returns

24 hours, and a video

Raise any issue within 24 hours of delivery through your order page. Damage and wrong-item claims need a continuous unboxing video. Nothing worn, washed or altered can be returned. The full detail, and the reasoning behind it, is on thereturns page. Please read it before you order.

Photographs

The images are ours

The photographs, the writing and the designs on this site belong to us. Share a link to a piece anywhere you like, we'd be glad. Please don't lift our photographs to sell your own goods.

Where we deliver

India only

We ship within India and nowhere else at present. These terms are governed by Indian law, and anything we can't resolve between us falls to the courts atHyderabad.
